We’re Julio and Briana — San Jose natives with a passion for innovation, wellness, and our community. Julio was born and raised in San Jose, and Briana is a dedicated student with big dreams. Together, we founded Viva La Fruta as our very first business venture, built on passion, hard work, and a shared vision for healthier living.
Our mission is simple: to provide fast, nutritious, and convenient smoothie options that fit perfectly into busy lifestyles. With our innovative self-serve vending machines, we deliver fresh, real-fruit smoothies in under a minute — no added hassle, and no compromise on health.
Inspired by our own hectic schedules, we know how easy it is to grab something quick but not always healthy. That’s why Viva La Fruta exists—to offer a modern, wellness-focused alternative that fuels both the mind and body while keeping pace with the Bay Area’s energy and drive.
